Answer: This application was developed for Samsung devices that have an IR Blaster sensor. The following devices are confirmed to be working:

Question: Do you provide refunds?
Answer: Yes! If you would like a refund and it is still within a reasonable amount of time then send me an email (email@example.com) with your order number for a full refund.
Question: Where can I find my order number?
Answer: Your order number was emailed to the same email linked to your google play account. The email was sent automatically from Google Play soon after you unlocked the application.
Question: Why are there no Volume or Channel buttons?
Answer: Swipe to the right to see the Volume and Channel Pad. Swipe left to see the Number pad again.
Question: My layout doesnt change when I swipe left or right. What can I do?
Answer: Find and open the folder named "IRRemote" on your file browser. Inside the "IRRemote" folder find and delete the file named "remote_layout.txt".
Question: My Screen is stuck on "Loading Buttons" what can I do?
Answer: Find and open the folder named "IRRemote" on your file browser. Inside the "IRRemote" folder find and delete the file named "online_remotes.txt".
Question: I reset my phone and think I lost my in app purchase. What can I do?
Answer: Please ensure you are using the same Google Play account you used to activate the unlocked features. The unlocked features are linked to your Google Play account. If that does not work then please send me an email firstname.lastname@example.org and I will re-activate you.
